First, click on the “Sign In” button located at the top left of the website. You will then see a box labeled “New registration.” This box contains a link to click on in order to register.

Here you will fill out all required account information along with a valid email address. Once this form has been submitted, an e-mail will be sent to you containing a link to set your password.
Your username is the e-mail address you registered the account with. If you are unsure what your username is, please contact our customer service at 408-475-2573.

Orders received before 6:00 pm (PT) should ship the same day from Monday to Friday except for any local holiday. Any orders received after 6:00 pm (PT) may not be processed until the next business day.

Yes, the Duo series can be used to polish all composite resins. The brown polisher will be used as the first step, followed by the green polisher.
The polishers are made of high-quality silicon carbide with a polyurethane binder for the duo series and high-quality synthetic diamond with a polyurethane binder for our trio series.
The polishers are reusable when autoclaved.
Yes, we recommend using water to prevent warming the tooth and causing pulpal damage.

We have friction and latch polishers to give you the possibility of using any handpieces you wish; our recommended RPM is 10,000 - 15,000 rpm with a maximum of 20,000 rpm.
